A.S.C. 藝術平台與媒藝術節發起單位。於2014年起針對當代影音藝術、跨領域、在地藝術串連等概念設計創立,未來也會陸續加入線上串流直播平台、電子雜誌、影音記錄出版、跨國合作等方式運作。
每年預計邀請多個國外藝術節或單位的策展人與藝術家一同前來台灣參與交流,並聯合台灣在地的藝術單位、藝術家、策展人等於各類型空間舉辦放映會、現場表演、展覽、座談等活動,為推廣年輕藝術家與新型態藝術創作的國際交流藝術節平台,除了邀請各個國際單位節目呈現外,也會將藝術節中的台灣節目推廣至各個國際合作單位。
The ART SHELTER AND CINEMA
is a contemporary media platform especially aimed at emerging artists and new generation. The ASC challenges experimentation, creativity and exchange with visitors. The ASC encourages radical art and culture via communications, exhibitions and events to break through the social and political predicament as well as makes alternative visions and bold imagination.

駁二藝術特區 The Pier-2 Art Center

駁二藝術特區是一個位於臺灣高雄市鹽埕區的藝術園區,以前衛、實驗、創新為理念來打造國際藝術平台。「駁二」係指第二號接駁碼頭,位於高雄港第三船渠內,建於1973年6月12日,原為一般的港口倉庫。在藝術家及地方文化工作者推動之下,結合文建會閒置空間再利用的專案資源,駁二藝術特區為高雄市社區總體營造的代表性作品。
In 2001, a group of passionate Taiwanese artists established the Pier-2 Artistic Development Association. Pier-2 has become the headquarters for artistic development in southern Taiwan.
The Kaohsiung City Bureau of Cultural Affairs took over the Pier-2 Art Center in 2006, starting a series of exhibitions and festivals such as the Kaohsiung Design Festival, the Chinese Character Exhibition, Kaohsiung International Steel & Iron Sculpture Festival, Kaohsiung International Container Art Festival, “Here comes the Kaohsiungers”, Mega Port Festival, The Wall Moon Theatre, Kaohsiung Youth Innovative Design Exhibition, Intertidal Region, Point & Wavy Ribbon Formation Performance Season etc. Every performance and exhibition filled the city with creative vibes injecting new life to the Pier-2 Art Center. In doing so, the center has continuously been presenting avant-garde perceptions and appearances, while building this port city into an attractive cultural and living hub.

Pier-2 has now become on par with the rest of the artistic world where imagination, creativity, and animation has become solid building blocks for the future.
Kaohsiung's light rail system will be fully operational and linked to both the Red and Orange lines of the Kaohsiung MRT. The new system will significantly enhance the city's mass-transit system and create a more complete urban transportation network. With 35 stations and six transfer stations, the light rail system's two lines (Ring Line and Waterfront Line) will total 22.1km in length. Construction work is to start in October 2012, with the Waterfront Line scheduled to start running in December 2014. The light rail system will improve the quality of transportation in Kaohsiung, create a barrier-free environment, and hopefully encourage the city's 2.2 million motorcyclists to embrace a low-carbon form of transportation.
Port of Kaohsiung is the 12th busiest container port in the world. Consequently, Kaohsiung City Government has been actively shaping the port zone to become Asia's New Bay Area. Starting in 2013, the government will initiate a series of building projects in the port area, along piers 15 to 21 and nearby. Projects include the Kaohsiung Exhibition and Convention
Center, which will host major international exhibitions, the Port and Cruise Service Center, which will serve travelers, the Kaohsiung Maritime Culture and Popular Music Center, where musical and cultural performances will be held, and Kaohsiung Main Public Library, a superb example of eco-friendly architecture.

水谷藝術 Waley Art

水谷藝術位於台灣台北市,是一結合年輕策展人及藝術家組成之替代空間,地上五層樓地下一層樓,每層樓有不同的空間風格與適合的展覽調性。自2014年8月成立以來,展出平面、錄像、裝置、行為、雕塑等以視覺藝術為基礎的展演。2015年下半年規畫於空間內部增加藝術家駐村的項目,並期許提供文化發展與藝術創作的持續對話。除了空間內部展覽外,水谷藝術長期以來關注南萬華加蚋仔的文化歷史,並偕同藝術家與社造團體進行藝術行動與計畫,開啟舊城區與社區居民之藝術對話可能。
WaleyArt is located in Taipei Taiwan, which is an alternative space consisting of young artists and curators. WaleyArt including five storeysabove ground and one basement floor. Each floor is in different style, can be appropriate for different kind of exhibition. Since the establishment in August 2014, WaleyArt has present graphic arts, video art, installation, performance art, sculpture and other visual arts. From the second half of 2015, we plan to start artist-in-residence program to provide a field for artistic conversation. In addition to run the exhibition space, WaleyArt also focus on the local cultural and history of Galaya--the area in south of WanHuaDistrict, Taipei city, in which WaleyArt is located in. We actively set up events with artists and community planners to make positive impacts on Galaya.

日本東京跨領域藝術節 Interdisciplinary Art Festival Tokyo
跨領域藝術節,是目前一個新興且活躍於東京沒有分門別類,跨越流派或領域的藝術節。藝術家致力於劇場、錄像、音樂、人偶秀等。收集和表達自身非典型、流派、風格與界線的藝術作品和表演,並於東京許多地方活動呈現。
“Interdisciplinary Art” is the art which is not classed to categories to cross over genre or fields. Artists who mainly act in genre of theater, video, music, puppets show and etc. gather and express their genre-less /borderless art works and performances at many places in Tokyo for this art festival. And 2 Korean artists are curated shows their works and spirited art critics and curators in Japan and Korea have symposiums. Details of project are informed on web site.
It was founded in 2014 to break down the situation that places and audiences are fixed to a certain genre and create new values and audience from the viewpoint of Interdisciplinary Art. It features the artists who are crossing over genres and has dynamic art projects that are suitable for contemporary society.

手工製作的電影實驗室空間CELL
手工製作的薄膜的實驗室空間CELL 自2004年以來開設了實驗電影工作坊和定期放映活動,並且每年為 Exis 首爾實驗影展呈現年度單元。這個節目結合了由一些穩定一直在創造電影的藝術家作品。電影攝製者正在探索影片藝術性的可能性和新的美學領域,不僅通過分享實驗室設備處理過程中的作品,同時也形成彼此間的互動關係。。
Hand-made Film Lab SPACE CELL
Hand-made Film Lab SPACE CELL has opened experimental filmmaking workshop and screenings periodically since 2004. Also SPACE CELL make annual programs for Exis. This program is composed of a combination of works by artists who have steadily been creating films. The filmmakers are exploring film’s artistic possibilities and new aesthetic areas not only by sharing lab equipment while processing work, but also by forming interactive relationships among themselves.
MMCA Film and Video had introduced the works of internationally well-known moving-image artists' (Scintillation or Disappearance_Artist Film & Video; Berlinale Forum Expanded_MMCA), and had recently bonded with seven Asian curators in order to discover and support struggling artists in Asia. Just like the attempts of the 60s' artists', currently we need to bond together in order to develop a distribution system in which the artworks can be shared. Such attempts are less about vitalizing the underground market than about film arts that will preserve our memories and developing a space where various issues of Asia can be shared. I Hope 〈Asia Film and Video Forum〉 can play an effective role in creating a new paradigm for the 'This is not a just image, it is just an image' video art.
中國上海N分鐘錄像藝術節 N-Minutes Video Art Festival
N分鐘影像藝術節是一個年度公共藝術專案。由策展人黎寧春於2011年創立,每年9月至10月在上海舉辦。通過一系列如影像放映、展覽、視聽藝術演出、講座與論壇等活動的實踐,將影像藝術推廣、延伸至公眾可觸及的城市公共空間,形成「藝術破牆」的實踐規模,詮釋公共藝術的新的可能。
N分鐘是中國迄今為止第一個獨立的、國際化的、公共的,以推廣錄影、新媒體、視聽藝術為主的年度藝術節,也是中國唯一的,以獨立機構身份輸出、推廣中國當代影像藝術至國際平台的藝術節。
N-Minutes Video Art Festival is a public art project, which aims to promote video art among the big public and urban spaces. The purpose is neither political nor purely for entertainment, but is to enable a platform for video art. And to catch the attention of a broader public area towards video art that represents a variety of aesthetics, concepts, experiments, philosophies and crossovers.
N-Minutes was founded in 2011. Since then, it is held every year from September to October in Shanghai. With various art activities including Screening, Mapping, Performances, Exhibition and Forum, N- Minutes weaves video arts into urban life and interacts with the audience, enabling a new possibility of public art.
新加坡 LASALLE College of the Arts, School of the Creative Industries, Visual Studies
LASALLE 藝術學院於新加坡為頂尖的當代藝術設計學院,學位獲英國倫敦 Goldsmiths學院認證。本次新加坡單元除了將呈現新加坡藝術家Urich Lau、Marcel Gaspar、TeowYue Han、Eric Scott Nelson作品外,還會涵括LASALLE 藝術學院視覺工作室製作的多部影像作品展出呈現。

西班牙當代數位媒體藝術節 MADATAC International Festival of Contemporary Audio-Visual & New Media Art Technologies
MADATAC 當代新媒體藝術與前衛科技影音藝術節,每年於西班牙馬德里大規模進行一連串國際性的藝術節活動,包括每日的錄像藝術放映、競賽單元、互動錄像裝置展覽、藝術家座談、研討會、藝術相關的演講及圓桌辯論、美學及科技、影音表演、專題討論會、思考及回饋論壇等,希望透過多元的呈現,鼓勵觀眾參與影音藝術、錄像藝術、數位新媒體藝術文化,並在專業的合作計畫中推廣知識交流,就像是一個集體實驗室,讓錄像及影音科技藝術在此得到最新的交流與融合。馬德里數位科技影音藝術節致力於展示、推廣錄像藝術與音像藝術,並期望新媒體藝術能以多元的方式展現,無論是影音互動、裝置、實驗電影、擴延電影等任何表現形式皆可向公眾展現新媒體藝術的精神,數位科技影音藝術節也希望藉此提供藝術家們一個展現新媒體藝術的平台,一個能激發、展現新創意,能跳脫傳統桎梏的新場域。舉辦主場地位於市中心的歷史建物市政府西貝勒斯宮殿、希古洛藝術中心。
MADATAC is an independent and non-profit international springboard, with an cultural diversity approach for cutting edge experimental and new media audio-visual culture, that particularly values innovation, originality and risktaking art projects. From the beginning MADATAC identified itself as a digital audio-visual and new media festival, that takes the pulse on what is new in the international ever-changing new moving digital image and audiovisual scene. This unique and leading event take's place in Madrid (Spain) each January within the city Mile of Art, and on each edition put forward an attention-grabbing and inspirational theme, along with daily screenings of video art and digital; competitive sections; exhibitions of interactive video installations; open discussions with artists; seminars, lectures and round-table debates related to art, beauty and technology; audio-visual performances; workshops; thinkthank forums; video art auctions and multiple awards. MADATAC objective is to encourage the participation of citizens in the fields of audiovisual digital art and new media art culture and to promote the exchange of knowledge between professionals with collaborative projects which serve as a collective laboratory were digital artists can present their most recent creations to the greater public, critics, commissioners, scholars from university institutions, curators, collectors, institutions and companies, as well as other trained members of the community. 英國倫敦影像俱樂部 Videoclub
2005年由Laura Mousavi-Zadeh, Ben Rivers and Jamie Wyld所建立。 Jamie Wyld為總監與策展人。意圖是要支援藝術家,透過展示新藝術家的電影、錄像和影像創作給觀眾,增加公眾參與藝術家的與影像,並創造與當代藝術作品一樣的評論的機會。

Our intention is to support artists, by showcasing new artists’ film, video and moving image work to the public to increase public engagement with artists’ moving image, and to create opportunities for critical engagement with contemporary art work. Our work combines national and international touring programmes, exhibitions and commissioning. 韓國首爾視聽館 Audio Visual Pavilion

視聽館 (AVP) 是一個展覽廳和空間位於首爾,韓國傳統的房子建成,希望通過這樣的設計,發現、記錄和創建出一種真實-存在著內部和外部的視覺和聽覺的視覺文化 AVP視聽館是由總監SeewonHyunand和策展人Inyong,成立,同時也是在 2006 年推出的獨立雜誌雜誌Walking的成員。透過 AVP,他們創建了 '什是他們想要看到' 和藝術家與策展人的思想與創造力可備自由的顯現在這個各式各樣的的視覺文化裡。
Audio Visual Pavilion (AVP) is an exhibition hall and space located at 57-6 Jahamun-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul. Originally built ashanok, a U shaped Korean traditional house, the building consists of a small courtyard, kitchen, laundry room, and a small room by the gate, and has been used as a residential home since its establishment in 1947. AVP is designed to maintain the physical form of hanok and to create a place where art is not separated from reality. Through such a design, it wishes to find, record, and create reality that exists within and outside of the visual culture of seeing and hearing.
AVP is run by curator Seewon Hyun and editor Inyong An, members of Walking Magazine, an independent magazine launched in 2006. Through AVP, they create ‘what they wish to see’ and a form of visual culture where the ideas and creativity of the artists and curators can be freely manifested. This is the question raised by AVP: What other types of situations could we create where art can be experienced, within today’s institution of art? Here, art refers to not only paintings but also music, performances, films, literature, and other various forms of art that are manifested through time and space. AVP hopes to make many unconventional attempts, however small they may be, that go beyond the usual functions of its kind, such as display, installation, sales, collection and support system.
Another vision of AVP is collecting stories, such as texts, dialogues, papers, etc. For the two directors of AVP, collecting stories means rearranging and reinterpreting events and situations that take place in art, or more broadly, reality. More specifically, AVP publishes various types of small and large publications continuously. The 4-page ‘AVP Document’ is printed every two weeks and archived in the AVP’s website. It also publishes books including a book that compiles AVP Documents, as well as the ‘AVP Book’ that deals with various art projects and exhibitions. In addition, AVP frequently holds talks and interviews with artists that contribute or are in connection with AVP.

Space One is an independent, artist-run space committed to supporting emerging and established artists to exhibit experimental contemporary works of art in multiple disciplines. Space One is also part of a network of International artists and art spaces creating projects and opportunities for exchange and collaboration.

長在大勇路底的紅磚倉庫,是人們最早認識駁二的地方。
駁二高雄設計節、好漢玩字、鋼雕藝術、貨櫃藝術及高雄人來了大公仔等,重新詮釋了斑駁倉口的生命。月光劇場也在此處醞釀著他的浪漫。2012年起,沿著河港風光,一畝田地收羅了文創的芬芳,蓬萊倉庫正式宣告大駁二時代的來臨。
蒸氣小火車駛在棟間的同時,另一頭與亞洲新灣區串連的大義倉庫群也悄然誕生。
白色方體、窺視長窗,磚縫裡流洩出音樂的奔放,大義倉庫最值得期待的風景-LIVE WAREHOUSE,乘載著樂迷們的期待,2015年,在港灣邊張開枝枒。

「in89豪華數位影城」與駁二藝術特區聯手打造的「in89駁二電影院」共有7個影廳,結合工業風格與新古典語彙設計,是全台唯一將碼頭倉庫成功改造、離海港最近的影院,比照國際標準的放映設備、多元內容的電影選擇和融合在地特色的電影院美食,讓觀眾沐浴在文創場域氛圍下,享受特別的娛樂感官饗宴。
