王文琪 Wen-Chi Wang

王文琪,台灣藝術大學電影系畢業、倫敦藝術大學媒體傳播學院藝術管理碩士,主修藝術節管理與策展。關注音樂、影像藝術與公共藝術,過去曾任職於倫敦台灣電影節、學學文創、高雄電影節、「我主張NYLON 25」藝術節、ART TAIPEI台北藝術博覽會、東海岸大地藝術節等經歷,策展方向嘗試以多元媒介探索歷史變革狀態裡的身分、時間與記憶間的裂縫,拓展個人、政治與集體意識相關之社會性文本探討。目前於國家電影中心擔任活動統籌,負責台灣電影館於柏林影展、坎城影展及釜山影展之海外活動策畫。

 

WANG Wen-Chi,was born in Taipei, Taiwan. She obtained a BA degree in Motion Picture from National Taiwan University of Arts in 2006. In 2010, she graduated from LCC, University of The Arts London, with a distinction for her master’sdegree in Enterprise Management for the Creative Arts, specialisingin special event management and art festivals.

With interests in moving image, sound and public art, her planning andcuratorial experiences include:

Taiwan Cinefest London, Kaohsiung Film Festival, “NYLON 25:Where Is Nylon?” exhibition for Yilan City Council, TECLandArt Festival, andmany art events and exhibitions for XueXue Institute.

Her curatorial practice relates to the discoveryof social texts referring to identity, social ideologies, and how we view history. She currently works as Event Coordinator at Taiwan Film Institute, coordinating international promotion and event planning for Taiwan Cinema at various international film festivals, including Berlinale and Festival de Cannes.

 

楊雅翔Ya-Siang Yang

就讀於台北藝術大學藝術跨域研究所,主修文化生產與策展。在國立中央大學以墨家哲學獲得哲學碩士。在哲學訓練階段,關注人類在兩難境遇中面臨選擇的困頓處境。嘗試將理論轉向藝術性的計畫實踐,討論人在城市自我疏離經驗的狀態,如口袋咖啡年度的系列策展《日光蹤跡》、《時間軸》、《消音》,水谷藝術的《違和之地》;又或是從同代人面對社會失落與童年懷念的《彼岸島》、《未來昨日之鎮》;又或以藝術家作品做為文本,進而發展/製作視覺與表演藝術跨界展演,從藝術家生命經驗衍生探討國際權力關係的《無國界客廳》+《無國界客廳》同名展演、對生活失衡描述的《失調》+《銹禎青春》,集中關注同代人的生命經驗與集體狀態。進行計畫型合作展演,在整體的調性上,有ACG的元素作為創作的視覺語彙,因此使其展覽呈現一種動漫風格。目前正在進行的計畫是1980-90年同代人童年視覺文化經驗的書寫,包含台灣電玩史(1970-2000電玩經驗,主線為街機史研究)、原住民族學生競賽MATA獎(教育部)的策展工作。

 

MA in Philosophy of National Central University Graduate Institute. Majors in Producing Cultures and Curating of Taipei National University of the Art. Had been the curator of 1st. 2nd MATA Award-Student Film Festival of Taiwan aboriginal culture, which was held by Ministry of Education in 2014- 2015, assistant curator of BCS 20th anniversary in bambooculture. 

Interested in Mohism, 80-90’s visual culture of electronic entertainment in Taiwan, self-identification and roots of the lost in urban, discrete of clan.

Sung Nam Han​

出生日本神戶,影音藝術家兼策展人,她以研究語言、顏色、聲音和圖像等符號學方法創作影像與藝術作品且經常運用出乎意料的視覺效果。在實踐錄像、裝置到表演藝術中的擴展,探索一種關於人類/ 性 /宗教的社會規範。她活躍的領域範圍從錄像、裝置到表演藝術。許多作品在日本與國際各藝術節發表,例如:EXIS首爾實驗電影與錄像藝術節、瑞士洛桑地下電影音樂節、德國代特莫爾德影展、榮獲首爾新媒體節-媒體藝術家獎等。她也曾舉辦名為”遠東音像社會化”藝術展為亞洲第一個以音像Audio Visual命題的藝術節。


She makes video and art works with the semiological approach to language, color, sound and image. She makes works about the social code of human / sex / religion, using abrupt visual effect. Her activities ranges from video works, installations to art performances. A lot of works has been shown in domestic & international such as Experimental Film and Video Festival in Seoul, Seoul New Media Festival [Media Artist prize], Lausanne Underground Film and Music Festival, International Film Festival Detmold. She organizes 'audio visual festival' which held in the first time in Asia named Far East Audio Visual Socialization.

黎寧春 Ning-Chun Li

2007年取得法國巴黎索邦大學藝術策展碩士,自2011年起擔任N分鐘影像藝術節總策展人。

黎寧春的策展方向以影像藝術和公共藝術為主,並從事當代語境中公共藝術的研究與實踐。她在2011年發起「藝術破牆」系列活動,將中國一線城市上海作為一個開放的實驗空間,以公共空間、商業廣場、廣告螢幕為展覽環境,將公共藝術的互動概念延伸至藝術與環境、社會、空間、商業之間的介入與對話。

黎寧春是N分鐘影像藝術節的創始人和總策展人,作為中國第一個年度的國際影像藝術節,其計畫項目涉及錄像、新媒體和表演藝術,2014年是第四屆。黎寧春近年的策劃影像計畫包括:N分鐘影像藝術節2011-2014、西班牙新媒體藝術節特約策展2014、三月空間藝術破牆系列2011-2014、 廣東時代美術館N-Box影像策展2013、巴西影像藝術節中國錄影單元策展2013、歐洲媒體藝術節EMAF中國影像特邀策展2012。

 

Graduated from University Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne with a Masters in Curatorial Studies in2007, Chief-Curator of N-Minutes video art festival since 2011.As a curator, Ningchun is interested in video art as well as public art. Her work involves curating and research into contemporary public art. In 2011, Ningchun launched a series of art activities entitled “Wall Breaking”, in which she transformed Shanghai, one of China’s 1st-tier cities, as an open experimental space. Using public spaces — shopping malls and advertising screens — as her exhibition venues, she used the interactive nature of public art to extend the territory of art and to create a dialogue between society, space and commerce.

Li Ningchun is the founder and Chief-curator of the N-Minutes Video Art Festival, which was the 1st international festival of this kind organized in China. This project involved video, new media and performance art. It is celebrating its 4th edition in 2014.

新加坡的視覺藝術家Urich Lau出生於 1975 年,他從事錄影藝術、 攝影、 版畫製作。他已經在新加坡和其他國家包括馬來西亞、 印尼、 泰國、 中國、 日本、 澳大利亞、 塞爾維亞和美國展出。他也是獨立策展人和錄像藝術組織者也與新加坡和國際藝術家與藝術團體合作。他取得墨爾本皇家理工大學美術碩士學位,並在新加坡拉薩爾藝術學院擔任藝術講師。他也是自 2007 年的新加坡版畫協會和自2009 年的新加坡藝術村成員且為 2011 年新加坡古德曼藝術中心的駐村藝術家。

Singaporean visual artist Urich Lau Wai-Yuen was born in 1975, he works with video art, photography and printmaking. He has exhibited in Singapore and other countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan, Australia, Serbia and the USA. He is also an independent curator and organiser for video art and has worked with artists and art groups in Singapore and internationally –Displacement Project: Bandung-Singapore 2006 in Singapore and Bandung in 2006; Videology presented by the Substation in Singapore in 2008; Rooted In The Ephemeral Speak (R.I.T.E.S.) - “Photocopy Masterpieces, Video Mirror” at the Substation in Singapore in 2010; and Videologue – Video Art Exhibition / Exchange by Beijing and Singapore Artists at Sunshine International Art Museum in Beijing in 2011 and following in January 2012 at the Institute of Contemporary Arts Singapore. He holds a Master of Fine Art degree from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and works as an art lecturer at LASALLE College of the Arts. He is also a member of Printmaking Society Singapore since 2007 and The Artist Village since 2009, and a resident-artist at the Goodman Arts Centre of Singapore since 2011.

Jang wook Lee

導演、獨立策展人,美國芝加哥藝術學院電影製作,擔任首爾EXIS 實驗影展總監、Hand-made film lab space cell總監、 韓國水源大學戲劇與電影學院教授、亞洲電影與錄像藝術論壇創辦者。

 

Jangwook Lee is a Director of Hand-made film lab SPACE CELL and also a filmmaker. He is interested in personal film, film performance , and experimental documentary. He is also a committee member of Exis, and his work have been screened in various film festivals and performed at the many theatres.

 

SeewonHyunand

See-Won Hyun從事藝術和圖像的寫作。她過去研究韓國文學和藝術理論。隨後,她藉由關於韓國當代藝術的論文而獲得韓國國立藝術大學的碩士學位。Hyun舉辦藝術展覽,如Please read the next sentence(韓國一民美術館,首爾,2014,與Hacheon Park, Wonhwa Yoon合作),No Mountain high enough(2013),Nam Hwayeon’s Closing Hours(2012),Chunsu Mart 2nd Floor(2011)。自2013年11月,她與Inyong An在首爾的Tongin-dong, Jongno-gu, 創立ㄧ個藝術空間,視聽館(audiovisualpavilion.org)。Hyun從那時起出版不同的作品,其中包括她的設計書:Opposite Poles(Haggojae,2010),和Your Signal (Hyunsil Culture Studies,2014年)。

 

Inyong An

獨立策展人,Audio Visual Pavilion副總監。俱德國文學背景,英國倫敦Goldsmiths 藝術學院媒體傳播碩士。過去曾擔任過Yonhap News Agency韓國聯合通訊記者(2004-2011)、Walking雜誌副創辦人與編輯(2006-2010)、擔任過Korean Music Awards 韓國音樂選拔委原會成員(2006-2011)、Doosan Group 韓國斗山集團副總經理(2011-2014)、Hankyoreh民族日報專欄2013年至今。

Eric Scott Nelson

出生於美國的裝置和行為表演藝術家兼讀立策展人,2007年定居於首爾。至今發起了許多藝術節活動如:Golmok表演藝術節、SPEAK藝術節、FLOW媒體與表演藝術節、表演藝術in Subway Cars (P.A.I.S.C.)等。在過去的三年中,他創造了大約 50 場的表演。最近的工作大部分是根據一種新關係;他所謂的行為哲學,在那裡行為作為一種工具傳達社會哲學,應付在社會和荒誕的人生問題。他的作品充滿挑戰性經常伴隨外在風險。沒有任何彩排,行為是被領會和掌握在反覆過程間。他的演出遍及各國例如:中國OPEN festival and GUANGZHOU LIVE、泰國 ASIATOPIA、新加坡 RITES、波蘭 EPAF、菲律賓 TAMA、馬來西亞 BUKA JALAN、日本 IN MOTION 和許多的藝術節在韓國。

Iury Lech

作為一位跨界藝術家,Iury Lech在過去的三十年間積極投身於音樂、影像藝術和文學創作領域,同時還是西班牙電子影像藝術領域中少數在音樂表演中啟用視覺效果的先鋒人物。那些由他自製音軌的影像作品,和他的現場演出一樣,囊括了有針對性的多媒體舞台設置,從而最大程度的借助於交互式感知科技。他曾於諸多場合和活動中展示他的影像作品和現場演出,包括奧地利電子藝術節、西班牙未來藝術節、國際電子藝術研討會、SONAR、Videoformes影像藝術節、馬德里和塞維利亞新音樂節、巴塞羅那實驗藝術節、紐約“紡織工廠”、馬德里POPKOMM實驗藝術節等等。在2013的土耳其伊茲梅爾雙年展上,他受邀作為官方藝術家出席,並榮獲“最佳影像藝術裝置”大獎。除了一貫的創作天賦外,近期他在製作人和導演領域的雄心也正逐漸顯露。2008年他參與製作了一檔命為Transfera《轉移》的電子藝術推廣計畫;此後又參與了馬德里國際當代影音及新媒體藝術節的策展與執行工作,並於2009年開啟了其他一些獨立計劃。2013年他受邀作為法國Videoformes影像藝術節、羅馬Mash電影節和韓國EXIS Exprimental藝術節國際評審。

 

Iury Lech is a transdisciplinary artist that has developed his creativity working the last four decades within the realm of video-art, music and literature, being part of the few pioneers in the Spanish electronic and digital audio-visual scene that in the 80‘s began to develop visual-aural performances and video art works.

His open and unclassifiable style permeates the tired avant-garde concept by means of textures that brings alive hypnotic visual and sonic atmospheres and an alternative way to conceive New Media Art experimentalism. Among his last numerous productions on these disciplines, it should be noted the Kinetic Pictures for the video art masterpiece  Dye a V(east) (http://vimeo.com/album/1711794) and Domesticated Domestic Demons (http://vimeo.com/album/1711798), a 7-channel video-installation; the sound sculpture cd work Instorments; or his books "The encapsulated image: Video Art as a spiral" (2009), an essay on the practice and contemporaneity of the Video Art discipline and his anthology & translation into Spanish on Ukrainian XX Century poetry “Una iconografía del alma. Poesía ucraniana del siglo XX” (Litoral/Unesco,1993)

His video-art works, for which he also composed the soundtracks, as well as his live perfomances, involves a multimedia stage set which, in addition to different image treatments, makes the most of interactive and sensorial immersion technology.

He showed his video-art pieces and played at many venues and events such as Ars Electrónica, Art Futura, ISEA, SONAR, Video Festival Videoformes, Festival of New Musics of Madrid and Sevilla; the experimental cycle LEM in Barcelona; the Knitting Factory in New York; the Pop Komm Festival, the Festival Experimenta in Madrid, ART BEIJING,  DAFT Festival in Taipei_Taiwan, JMAF in Tokyo or Hong-Gah Museum Taipei.

On May 2013 the 2nd Izmir Art Biennial in Turkey invited Iury Lech as an official artist, where the jury awarded him with the 1st prize for the Best Video Art installation.

During 2013 he has been invited as a jury member of Videoformes Fest (Clermont-Ferrand, France), MAshRome Film Fest (Rome, Italy) and EXIS Experimental Festival (Seoul, South Korea).

On the other side of his creative facet,  we can point out his task as producer and director from 2007 of the weekly television program Transfera (www.transfera.es), specialized in the broadcast of audiovisual art, as well as the founding, direction, and programming of MADATAC, the INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF CONTEMPORARY AUDIO-VISUAL & NEW MEDIA ART, and independent project initiated in 2009 (www.madatac.es).

 He has also impelled his project entitled Transmadatac Virtual Museum, an audiovisual art and advanced technologies on-line interactive cross-platform, dedicated to exhibit, promote, watch, acquire and collect  new media art work, which functionality can be appreciated in this trailer: http://vimeo.com/83326393.

In January 2015 participates with his audio-visual work on the festival 700IS Reindeerland in Reykjavik, Iceland, and in March 2015 he is invited to Bonn, Germany, by the international program of visits of the NRW KULTURsekretariat to participate as director of MADATAC, curator and artist in the VIDEONALE festival.

Jamie Wyld

Jamie Wyld是videoclub影象藝術平臺總監,展示和巡迴電影和錄像藝術作品在國內和國際上。videoclub工作與各夥伴,包括Film London, 香港Videotage, 西雅圖國際影展, 、諾丁漢當代藝術、利物浦FACT和倫敦白教堂畫廊。展出許多藝術家的作品如: Jordan Baseman、NaheedRaza、UrielOrlow、 Laure Prouvost and Michael Robinson。在2005年時Jamie Wyld與 Ben Rivers 和Laura Mousavi創立videoclub。

 

Jamie Wyld is Director of videoclub, an artists’ moving image platform, showing and touring film and video nationally and internationally. videoclub works with various partners, including Film London, Videotage (Hong Kong), Seattle International Film Festival, Nottingham Contemporary, FACT (Liverpool) and the Whitechapel Gallery (London). Showing work by artists such as Jordan Baseman, Naheed Raza, Uriel Orlow, Laure Prouvost and Michael Robinson. videoclub was founded by Jamie Wyld, Ben Rivers and Laura Mousavi in 2005.

He is also a Director of creative collective The Nimbus Group, which works with digital media to create experiences. Their first app, 0-1, an app that believes it is a god, has been swept up internationally. The Nimbus Project, their second project, is a collaboration with Chris Watson, to create a sound art app, to take listeners to impossible places to augment daily life. In May 2016, they launched their Giddy Brighton app, a collection of historical stories which reawaken teenage lives from the mid-20th Century.

Moritz Cheung 

Moritz Cheung是videoclub助理展策人,負責中、英雙方的節目安排工作,也是在英國舉辦的東亞影像巡迴節目共同策劃者。在2015、2016擔任香港巴塞爾藝博會影片節目協調者與策展人李振華共同安排電影節目;呈現陳天灼、陸揚、宋琨等藝術家作品。2014年於威尼斯雙年展香港館協助展出工作。也是acubien.com亞洲事務處的撰稿編輯工作者。

 

Moritz Cheungis videoclub’s Assistant Curator; he recently worked with videoclub to deliver the Both Sides Now programme, working in the UK and China. And co-curated the East Asia Moving program tour in the UK.

In 2015 and 16, he worked with Art Basel as Film Coordinator, working with Li Zhenghua, to coordinate the film programme during Art Basel Hong Kong, showing works by artists such as Chen Tianzhuo, Lu Yang and Song Kun. In 2014, he worked at La Biennale di Venezia, helping to deliver events and exhibitions held in the Hong Kong Pavilion. He is a contributor to acubien.com as a lifestyle editor, based at Asia Bureau.
